Shipping Policy

1. Free Same-Day Delivery

  • Eligibility: All orders over $50 CAD (before taxes) are eligible for FREE same-day delivery.

  • Same-Day Delivery Window:

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time will be delivered the same day.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Service Areas: Same-day delivery is available in select regions. Please enter your postal code at checkout to confirm availability in your area.

2. Orders Below $50 CAD

  • A flat delivery fee of $6.99 CAD applies to orders under $50 (before taxes).

3. Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are made 7 days a week, between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (local time).

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation and delivery updates via email or SMS once your order is out for delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you.

    • If unsuccessful, your order may be returned, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.
